Alberto is the founder of Power Yoga Canarias and has been practicing and teaching yoga for over 25 years. His background combines Rocket Yoga, Power Yoga, biomechanics, sports science and yogic tradition. His classes are known for their energy, precision, creativity and their ability to challenge and inspire each student.

Rocket Evolution is a dynamic and vigorous yoga class inspired by Rocket Yoga, where strength, mobility, balance and breath come together in a fluid and challenging sequence.
This practice is designed not only to improve physical fitness, but also to cultivate a mindset of exploration, resilience and transformation. It is an intense, fun and motivating class that invites you to move beyond the familiar — both on and off the mat.
