Anely has lived in the United States and Switzerland before settling in Munich in 2024. Yoga has been a steady presence throughout her life, but her practice deepened while completing her PhD. During this intense period, she discovered how a consistent vinyasa flow not only cultivates a flexible body but also fosters a strong, resilient mind—one that can better navigate stress and change, while finding peace.

This growing passion led her to complete a 200-hour Vinyasa Teacher Training in Bali in 2023. Since then, Anely has been teaching vinyasa yoga for all levels, encouraging her students to reconnect with their breath, calm the mind, and gently build flexibility, strength, and mobility.
