About Livian
Livian is a psychologist and breathwork facilitator with a background in clinical psychology and neuroscience. His work is rooted in the understanding that lasting change happens when both mind and body are addressed together. Shaped by his own experience with pressure and perfectionism, he explores practices that support balance, safety, and inner guidance. In his sessions, Livian creates grounded and supportive spaces that invite participants to slow down, reconnect with their bodies, and tune back into what truly matters.
