This transformative journey inspired me to become a certified 200-hour Hatha-Vinyasa yoga teacher, with the goal of helping others find balance, resilience, and inner peace through their practice.
I teach Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin classes in English, and I integrate asana practice with meditation and spiritual wisdom, creating a holistic experience that nurtures the body, mind, and soul.
