Yoga Instructor

I’m Niyama from India with about seven years of yoga practice and a 300-hour Ashtanga certification from Ramesh Shetty and Bodhi School of Yoga.

My teaching focuses less on chasing poses and more on movement, breath, and awareness that support mental and spiritual well-being. As someone who also works in the corporate world, I’m constantly integrating mindfulness into my daily life — and I teach so that I can also share this perspective, so students can carry their practice beyond the studio and off
the mat.

I guide Ashtanga-inspired flows, pranayama, and yoga nidra, often weaving in positive journaling, affirmations or somatics to deepen self-connection. I intend to create a calm, supportive space where you can move with presence, breathe with ease, and reconnect with yourself.
