Having years of experience in sports and always looking for new ways to move her body, Andriani found her balance and inspiration on the yoga mat. She did her Teacher Training in Rishikesh, India on Vinyasa & Ashtanga Yoga, and is now managing to combine creativity, strength & mindfulness in her own teaching, aiming to help students find balance and strength. Outside of the mat, she loves running, watching movies, eating greek food, and traveling.
