Yoga Instructor
My yoga journey began in the quiet of my childhood bedroom, following along with a YouTube video at age 13 during what I now call my first identity crisis. What started as a way to become more flexible quickly grew into something deeper. Over the years, yoga has become a grounding ritual—an act of self-care and presence in a world that only seems to move faster.
While I’d casually guided friends and family through yoga, it was
during a year-long stay in Australia that I began teaching formally. At Puppy Yoga Sydney, I had the unique joy of combining the healing power of movement with the pure happiness that comes from a room full of playful puppies.
I completed my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in Bali with House of Om and am currently studying psychology in Munich. My background in mental health has deepened my appreciation for yoga as a powerful tool for emotional regulation, stress relief, and mind-body connection.
I love the energy of strong, dynamic flows and also cherish the
stillness of more meditative, gentle practices. My goal is to create a safe, inclusive space where students are free from judgment—where the focus is always on how a pose feels, not how it looks.
