
Yoga Instructor
My yoga journey began six years ago as a personal practice and a way to find balance while overcoming important changes in my life. Over time, yoga became a space where I could connect deeply with myself, slow down and feel truly present not only in my body but also—and most importantly—in my mind.
Teaching grew naturally from my passion for yoga, which had brought so much to my life that I wanted to share that feeling of grounding, clarity, and inner harmony with others. That’s why, last year, I decided to obtain my YTT200 certification in Hatha and Vinyasa yoga through a complete and immersive training.
To honor the practice of yoga as a way to create union, find balance, and restore well-being, my classes are designed to support students in connecting more deeply with themselves and leaving each class with an overall sense of inner peace. Whether guiding a dynamic and energizing flow or a calming and grounding practice, my intent is to create a warm, welcoming space through a friendly and caring teaching approach, ensuring everyone feels supported on their yoga journey.
